New adult patients receive a thorough examination, consisting of the following:
•   Complete medical and dental history
•   All necessary digital x-rays
•   Complete oral examination, including soft tissue assessment, oral cancer screening, cavity detection.
•   Periodontal probing (indicates presence of any gum disease).

The requirements for children will vary according to age and condition.

We take whatever time is necessary to listen to your concerns and understand your needs. Together we will design the perfect plan for your dental heath. Kindly print and complete the following forms and bring them with you to your first visit, along with your driver’s license and insurance card.
